KAYAK

KAYAK is a significant ongoing part of my practice. Evolving from a commission through Forestry England at Dalby Forest, North Yorkshire and Ryedale District Council in 2020.Built by me at Shipshape,Bristol, I think of it as a compass or a weaving shuttle, circumnavigating and crisscrossing small landlocked ponds. It is also a singular companion to others both of its kind and to larger vessels too.
